Paul Francis Smart, 50, and Karen Lucille Thomas Smart, four children, California Riverside Mission; Highland 13th Ward, Highland Utah Stake. Brother Smart serves as a bishop and is a former stake mission president, high councilor, ward clerk, executive secretary, counselor in an elders quorum presidency, Primary worker, counselor in a Young Men presidency and missionary in the Philippines Baguio Mission.
