Owner, Smart Capitol. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Grant Winters and Mary Lucille Hulme Smart.

Sister Smart serves as a nursery worker and is a former counselor in a stake Primary presidency, Sunday School teacher, nursery leader, counselor in a Young Women presidency, counselor in a Primary presidency, counselor in a Relief Society presidency, Primary president, enrichment leader and Primary worker. Born in Santa Cruz, Calif., to Glen Elwin and Thelma Marie Thomas.
